Crave It!

I've never laid great claims in the area of cooking. I just don't have it. I like to eat ... as long as someone else made it. I've just never loved cooking. But I've made friends with myself about this shortcoming and I don't mind that I don't like cooking.

That explains why it's blog worthy to say that I'm cooking Thai food for dinner. Masaman Curry. Thai food has been a recent discovery for Brett and I. I crave it! I love, love, love the coconut milk based dishes. I have a friend who cooks amazingly well. I called her and she held my hand over the phone ... telling me how to make this dish. Want to come for dinner?

Kristine, it looks soooo good! WAY to go! What did you think? Was it sooo close to On Rice? Did it take care of the craving?? I am craving Thai food so badly it isn't funny. I'm super impressed! Now, you have to do it again really soon so you remember what you liked and didn't like! Way to go, next is Panang Curry!
