The Key

I wanted to see it before I was committed with reckless enthusiasm. The key in hand. And now she has it! The key to a coffee shop. Kindof, sortof, her coffee shop. If you've ever had a chance to sit down and talk life with Kaish, you would know that she wants to own her own coffee shop someday. This is such a fantastic opportunity for her!
So the story is this: the owner of her current coffee shop called her one day. This was a bit strange. He had never called her before. Hmmmm. Maybe he needs her to pick up the supplies? No, it wasn't that. It was news that he was purchasing another coffee shop, this one in town. Would she be interested in managing it? He needed someone he has had a good working relationship with to run the place ... etc. She would work at the new coffee shop but also write the schedule, interview, hire, fire, etc. All the management tasks.
He called tonight at 4pm saying he had the key. She ran over and they spent some time figuring out what needs to be done to get the place up and running. Kaisha is on it! She has lists and plans and eagerness. I can't wait to watch her succeed in this new role!

So schön Kaisha :-)
